“Health, Body and Soul” — COTT is hosting 2 events for the physical wellness of our parishioners and of our community at large.
On Saturday, 16 November 2019, there will be a Health Screening Day at 3rd floor rooms from 8am till 11am
– requires fasting of at least 8 hrs before screening
To prepare for the screening there is a Roadshow on both Saturday 19th Oct and Sunday 20th Oct 2019,
– to do advanced registrations for participants to expedite registrations on day of the health screening.
