CATECHISM REGISTRATION 2025 (PHASE 2)

Phase 2 Registration is happening from 12 – 31 October 2024 for K1 – L6 levels, for the following:

1. New students who are children of Active Ministry members
   • Ministry Registration form (yellow paper) can be collected from Parish Office from 12 October 2024.
   • Ministry Head’s acknowledgement on the form will be required to support the application.
2. New students who are Sibling of existing students in COTT Catechism Program
   • Registration form can be downloaded here. Limited printed forms will be made
     available and can be collected from Parish Office from 12 October 2024.

SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT

• Submit duly signed original form and complete documents by 31 October 2024, personally to the Parish
  Office during its opening hours.
• All documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and indicate to the attention of “Catechetical
  Ministry”
• We will inform you if your child’s registration is successful and provide payment instructions for Catechism
  Fees of $50 per child per year, to confirm the placement. If you require financial assistance, please email

We seek your understanding that only application with complete supporting documents will be processed, subject to
space and catechists’ availability.

NEXT PHASE REGISTRATIONS

Registration for New students and existing students whose attendance falls below 75% will be announced at a later
date.

CATECHISM RE-REGISTRATION 2025

Phase 1 Registration is happening from 1 – 29 September 2024, for existing K1 to L5 students who meet the minimum
75% attendance. The students will be automatically re-registered to their respective next level in 2025.

More details are available in Class Dojo, as the main form of communication on all Catechism matters. Parents are
required to come on the allocated day/time to make payment on-site.

Registration for L6 – L8, more information will be announced in Class Dojo separately to parents.

PHASE 2 AND 3 REGISTRATIONS

Registration for siblings, new students and existing students whose attendance falls below 75% will be
announced at a later date.

*Subject to Catechist and class availability, we may not be able to open for all the levels. We will
update the new announcement when the time is nearer.

Bibles

Children’s Bible

Children’s bibles will be issued to:

1. Children who are enrolled in the COTT’s L1 & L2 Catechism Programme for 2023; and
2. L3 – L4 children who are enrolled in COTT’s 2023 Catechism Programme for the first time.

Youth Bible

Youth bibles will be issued to:

1. Children who are enrolled in COTT’s L5 Catechism Programme for 2023; and
2. L6 – L7 children/teens who are enrolled in COTT’s 2023 Catechism Programme for the first time.

ClassDojo

All parents/guardians whose children/wards are enrolled in the 2023 Catechism Programme are required to download and install the ClassDojo App into their mobile phones. This app maybe downloaded from Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

A ClassDojo invite will be emailed to you in due course for parents/guardians to connect to their child’s/ward’s Catechism class. Please check your e-mail’s Junk or Spam folder if necessary.

Please note that all communications, notifications, and announcements regarding COTT’s Catechism Programme will be made via ClassDojo.
