Due to the recent pandemic, we are facing a drop of up to 75% in collection for our Operations Fund.
With your support, we can upkeep the parish and continue to serve the needs of all parishioners.
Please donate what you can to lend a helping hand.

iii) Check and ensure recipient’s name is: Church of the Transfiguration
iv) Key in your contribution amount
v) Key in the reference as “Operations Fund”

Write a cheque to payee name:

Write clearly at the back of your cheque:

By coming to COTT and proceeding to level 2.
Please put your DONATION in an envelope with the words “COTT Operations Fund DONATION” on the envelope.

Include your name and address so that we can issue and mail a receipt to you. Then drop it into the donation box with the images of the church shrines.
