CATECHISM REGISTRATION 2026 (PHASE 2) – For Siblings and Children of Ministry Members

Phase 2 Registration is happening from 1 – 18 November 2025 for new students of the following:

A. Children of Active Ministry Members

• Ministry Registration form (yellow paper) can be collected from Parish Office from 1 November 2025.
• Ministry Coordinator’s acknowledgement on the form is required.

B. Sibling of existing COTT Catechism Students

• Siblings Registration form (green paper) can be collected from Parish Office from 1 November 2025.

SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT

• Submit duly signed yellow / green registration form with complete documents by 18 November 2025 to the Parish Office during its opening hours.
• All documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and indicate to the attention of “Catechetical Ministry”.
• We will inform you via email if your child’s registration is successful and provide payment instructions for Catechism Fees of $50 per child per year
• Follow the payment instructions to confirm placement

CATECHISM REGISTRATION 2026 – For Current L3 to L5 Children

Catechism Registration 2026 will resume on 20 Sept 2025 for current L3 – L5 students who meet the minimum 75% attendance. Payment on-site will be required to indicate parents’ consent and to confirm your child’s spot.

More details on the registration process are available in Class Dojo as the main form of communication on all Catechism matters.

The next phase of registration for new students and siblings will be announced by mid of October. Please check Class Dojo announcement regularly during this period.

CATECHISM REGISTRATION 2026 – For Current K1 to L2 Children

Catechism Registration 2026 will open on 17 Aug 2025 for current K1 – L2 students who meet the minimum 75% attendance. Payment on-site will be required to indicate parents’ consent and to confirm your child’s spot.

More details on the registration process are available in Class Dojo as the main form of communication on all Catechism matters.

The next phase of registration for existing students of L3-L9 level will be announced by end of August. Please check Class Dojo announcement regularly during this period.

Due to resources and space limitation, we seek your understanding that only application with complete supporting documents will be processed, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to space and catechists’ availability.

Bibles

Children’s Bible

Children’s bibles will be issued to:

1. Children who are enrolled in the COTT’s L1 Catechism Programme for 2026; and
2. L2 – L4 children who are enrolled in COTT’s 2026 Catechism Programme for the first time.

Youth Bible

Youth bibles will be issued to:

1. Children who are enrolled in COTT’s L5 Catechism Programme for 2026; and
2. L6 – L7 children/teens who are enrolled in COTT’s 2026 Catechism Programme for the first time.

ClassDojo

All parents/guardians whose children/wards are enrolled in the COTT’s Catechism Programme are required to download and install the ClassDojo App into their mobile phones. This app maybe downloaded from Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

A ClassDojo invite will be emailed to you in due course for parents/guardians to connect to their child’s/ward’s Catechism class. Please check your e-mail’s Junk or Spam folder if necessary.

Please note that all communications, notifications, and announcements regarding COTT’s Catechism Programme will be made via ClassDojo.
